Mariem talks about equal opportunities, people of diverse backgrounds working together, and what she wants to change at the company.
For this episode of Greiner Walks, we met Mariem Larhzal in Istanbul. Mariem is an Export Sales Specialist at Greiner Packaging in Turkey and enjoys most when she can work with people of diverse backgrounds.
During a walk through the city on the Bosporus, she tells us what she would change at Greiner if she were CEO, but also about her perspectives for our company. Equal opportunities for women, professional development opportunities and mutual appreciation between women and men are of particular concern to her.
In our interview, which was filmed before the terrible earthquake in Turkey, Mariem also says that Turkey stands for hospitality like no other country. Our thoughts are with all the people in Turkey and Syria, and we hope that the country will soon be able to overcome the consequences of the disaster.
